PSA (Pathology Service Associates) is our billing organization that files all the claims, deals with patient questions, and handles the details with payers to keep the billing process smooth for patients and providers. • Medicare/Medicaid number

• For Medicare, a completed Advance Beneficiary Notice form for routine screening testing or testing not considered medically necessary as indicated by Medicare criteria.
